{ART}
Using Hieronymouse Bosch as inspiration, the kids drew mirror images of lines and made them into faces. Side faces were supposed to be weird, spooky, ugly, and the middle one really nice and pretty. The objective was to show the kids the marked difference between spooky and pretty :)
Thanks to Julia Moss for this lesson.
{READING}
The kids started reading Grammarland by M.L. Nesbitt. I was the smart Mama, breaking up the e-book into chapters. This way, the kids would see 2 pages (back and forth) of something they would read, instead of a whole book!
When I asked them questions about what they had read, ALL of them (except Ranger of course!) could answer! Yes! They knew about Judge Grammer, Sergeant Parsing, and Dr Syntax! Very COOL!!! :)

Thank you to Karine Bauch for this lesson!

It's Summer Time!
Summer officially started on March 16 for the kids. Mama let them do their own thing for the next few weeks, just so there wouldn't be complaining about "having to do" school stuff. In the meantime, Mama did a whole of research on stuff that the kids could do; FUN stuff, so they wouldn't get bored of course!
